southern thing, usually.

the lazy way is to grab a can of corn(drained), add some milk, flour,
salt, pepper, and diced onions. fry in straight lard (butter, bacon fat, your
choice) til golden. otherwise deep-fry em.

not healthy, probably somewhere in the bigmac range. but damn tasty.
