Probably.  After all, I've only done one, and that's not complete:
www.lazerfx.co.uk.  I'm working on one, www.lazerfx.co.uk/nk/ and I've
done a few images, www.lazerfx.co.uk/images/titanic/titanic.html.

So yeah, those people who didn't know how to do websites and knocked 'em
up quickly probably created all the crap.  I just tidy up afterwards ;)
