Nope.  The standard VxVM 3.2 is for Solaris 2.6, 7 and 8.  There's a special
release of VxVM 3.2 which is for Solaris 9.

VxVM 3.5 will be out shortly (curently in Beta) and will support up to
Solaris 9.
