Why are you throwing your woman in the back of a small car?  Company
should always assume that a SO will get the seat of honor.  Barring
the presense of a SO, the next person to get the seat of honor should be
the ranking female of the group unless there is also a senior present.
But, more leeway is allowed generally with this rule.

SOs, seniors, and ranking females are allowed to defer this priveledge
out of  sympathy for others, either due to size or motion sickness.
But if they make that choice they are obligated to not complain about
the back seat for the next N miles, even if N >= 50.
