If that's what you want then that's what you pay for. Premimum Service
is only $950.00 for three whole years. That's one hell of a deal,
probably even better than similar "free" deals from IBM, and from HP for
their switches considering that the load on the Apple phone support will
undoutably be a _lot_ higher than HP ever has to deal with for workgroup
and enterprise switches.

It comes with four drive trays and has only four bays. Why do you think
you need an extra tray? They have a parts kit that includes an etra
drive module in it (i.e. drive and tray). They're ATA/100 hot-swap
using the SCA-II connector. You won't be finding those off the shelf
from third-party suppliers for a at little yet.
