[geeks] ping JFogg re: e-mails, ping2 question...

I used it fine with IMAP on my last employer's Exchange server... of 
course I maintained both ends of the connection, so it was configured 
properly (tm)... and it works fine with iTools IMAP as well.... the 
former example had many subfolders... the latter none.
