AMEN!!!

Selling my house to pay off both cars, all the revolving credit, what's
left of student loans (urgh!), and misc other debt.  Gonna rent a condo
or townhouse for a few years, and eventually buy another house some time
down the road.

In the meantime, all the money that can be banked because of reduced
debt and monthly loan payments will add up to a shitpile of capital -
even if I have to take a pay cut in my current job search.
