A/UX will run on a II with PMMU (which is what I started with),
a IIfx (I upgraded my II to a IIfx when the IIfx was released),
a IIci and IIsi with 68882 (I think).  I seem to remember the
3.0 upgrade (or maybe 3.0.1) was to support the 68040 systems.
