yeah, that's what i ended up doing.  i was trying to chase him down in his car.
then i took a break to work on the octane, and i thought to myself, "i've got
a frickin' sniper rifle, what the HELL and i doing?"  so it was easy after that,
just plug him on his way out of the club. ;)

now i'm all SORTS of lost driving around the island.  they did a good job making
that as confusing as possible. ;)
