Once upon a time I had two HIPPI Switches. I brokered them and sold
them. Downpayment on my car :-) The buyer was a foreign supercomputer
vendor. I just didn't have the room.

In the future if I run across more HIPPI switches (and I may!) I will let
everyone know. Pickin's are slim in Southeastern Virginia for that type of
stuff.

When I got the Crays, they were using SERIOUS loads of hippi... but either
didn't have a switch or had them hooked together straight (if it is
possible?). I didn't ask a bunch of questions.

The Cray I sold ... the buyer wanted it for the HIPPI interfaces from what
I could tell.

Hippi hardware is getting scarce.
