Of course, you're forgetting that bankruptcy is a stalling tactic. When my
employer was joining the mass exodus out of Exodus and they filed chapter 11
we all breathed a sigh of relief. Ch11 allows a company to fork their
creditors and resume business. The only suckness with Ch11 is for the
employees and for any good ideas/products in the pipeline. A Ch11 company
has to prove a path back to solvency and that always means product and
people cuts.
