I've been to Worcester (we've got a new client there).  It is
a nice city, but the streets were laid out poorly (this, I'm
sure, is due to the age of the city).  There didn't seem to be
any type of zoning laws, as there would be a junkyard right
next to a residential area (again, I'm sure this is due to
the age of the city).
