Depends on the DSub 25 to MMJ adapter:

AFAIK all MMJ cables have mirrored pinout. I have no MMJ - MMJ cables,
so I can't tell you for sure. I have only home made MMJ - DSub 25
cables, based on the pinout shown in the above URL.
