Tornados *might* happen along. They might be tiny, they might be big. They
might never come around.

How many times has Comal flooded in the past couple of years? Every single
year? It's the same for all your ideas. A might-happen vs. a will-happen
are two different things.

Something might not happen. But why increase the risk (and your home
insurance premiums) by chancing the almost assured inevitable?
