I get the same calls. My favorite line has become "Sorry, I don't do
Windows". If they ask, I simply explain that I don't have a windows
machine (SunPCi, but that's not quite the same, is it?), and they
probably know more about it than I do. Don't have one at home, don't
have one at work, haven't used it since 3.11 was new.
