$BIG_PHONE_COMPANY_TELCO_CARRIER that I work for uses a 1RU GPS-based
unit as well for our internal UNIX boxen, but we dont depend on it as
the sole NTP source for the network.. Thankfully, there is a stratum-1
server at the U. of Texas, just a few milliseconds away...
