A carburetor for a Yamaha scooter shouldn't be hard to find at all - and
easy to replace with a little reading.

125cc is actually a pretty big engine for a scooter - probably got about
8lb-ft of torque - which is quite a bit for a bike that probably weighs all
of 200 pounds.  Sounds pretty quick :)

The body panels can probably be gotten for just a few dollars - or if
they're metal you can do a littel minor body work with some Bond-o and
couple cheap tools.  Depends on how much you want to learn and do...
