I own one of those (actually a 22-250) - but it's illegal to discharge a
firearm inside city limits.  It scares the shitzen out of neighbors also.
An air rifle would be quiter, legal, and just as effective.  Less chance of
over-penetration too, which is very important on a 10,000 ft2 lot.
