Sometimes I can release quickly using my MP3 player because of the
diverse and large amount of music I have in there. It's hard to remain
totally pissed when you land on Monty Python's something or another. Then
there is always emotion expressed: Slipknot, Pantera, (insert death/heavy
metal group here.), Korn...

Or if I'm in a "chill-out" mood (this is usually accidental), I'll wind up
listening to Tool. I'm probably the only person I know of who seems to
meditate to Tool. *sigh*. I'm just hopeless.

And if that fails, I am trying to learn to play bass so it's slap and pop
time!
