Eww!  I couldn't do this - at least the sugar part.  My condolences on the
death of your sweet-tooth.

1)Break sticks.  Seriously.  Go out and find a bunch of long sticks that
you can break over your knee or with your arms directly.  Or - find other
things to break.  The destruction almost always releases some of the
pent-up frustration/anger.  Home re-modeling deconstruction is also good
for this.

2)Write in a journal.  It sounds stupidly simple but it does work.  I've
been writing in small leather travel journals with a fountain pen since
before I was laid-off in April of last year.  I go through about one a
month - sometimes more, sometime less.  Also, don't let _ANYONE_ see them. 
This is advice from someone who has kept and open line of communication
with hsi wife for 7 years now.  (8 in August)  You will write things in
there that would infuriate your SO so don't show them to them.  My wife
knows she won't be able to read my journals until I'm dead.  I also don't
store them at home so there's no temptation.
