Ah - the 'Men In Grey'.  They can make any organisation change its tune
in days.  I've seen it happen several times to companies that started
with high ideals, and then they realised that they weren't really
managers, so they hired 'proper' managers in - and everything went to
pot.

People should just keep on doing what they are good at, and let the
'managers' starve.
