On that point, of them saying they'd always be free, and such, I can
see how this kind of thing can change. Maybe in the beginning they
were full of lofty ideals, and wanted to have a good service for no
cost, but things change. I agree they should not have made the
promise in the first place, but to stay in business, they had to
change. The provide a very needed, if very imperfect, service, so one
should be able to look past such a problem. My problem is only the
discrimination against their neighbours to the north. If all of their
users cannot use a certain form of fund transfer, then no one should.
