from R10k to R12 or R14 may require a PS upgrade, possibly a system board
upgrade, it depends and you'd have to check with SGI.  Same goes for VPro,
I suspect the MB prom could be updated alone, though I'm not sure.  VPro
would almost definatly require a PS update.
