Pull the systemboard, pop the proc(s) and drop the new one(s) in.  No 
need to reinstall anything.

Changes in graphics families (extreme to impact, impact to E series 
or vpro) usually require a major os changeout due to so much of the 
os being coded to the  asics on the card(s).
