after watching both routines, i sided with the russian pair--they won
hands down on grace and emotive qualities combined with technicals.

the canadian couple just didnt emote. yes they had power and speed and
accuracy..but what good is all that if you cannot feel their performance?
it was very...lackluster. they didnt seem to have much humility
either...especially that woman's actions and comments before they took the
ice.

all three medal winners did a good job, however, and imo shouldnt squabble
over a medal just for ego value.
