Confuscious say: Man who use with Windows software, gets no work done.

I was forced to use it for about 6 months because the Operations Director,
who used it at his previous employer, insisted that this was good stuff.
Frankly, anything that use the MS Jet database engine as its data storage
method is doomed to "crash and burn" type failures.  Not only that, but
using Crystal Reports as a report generating tool is, IMO, way overkill.

We're using a PHP/MySQL based troubleticket tool - it's not flashy, but it
works very well and never crashes.

I empathize.  I suggest moving away from it ASAP - one of these days it'll
crash and totally eff your data, beyond all recovery possibility...
