Basically, they get the right buzzwords into your resume so that brain-dead
HR departments can find you in the Black Sea of wannabes and posers....

$PHBs like to 'em, technical managers couldn't give a rat's ass wehter you
have 'em or not - but you better show up prepared for *actual* *technical*
questions at your interview...
