~ Actually, you *can* - cost of living in Austin / OKC / Dallas ~ / Tulsa / etc ~ is MUCH MUCH lower than say San Fran, or NYC... ~ ~ (My 3/2/2 house w/pool here only cost me $90K) ~ ~ Bill Phuck. $150K ~ $190K here.
