But you know what? 95% of people never read user agreements. I don't.
I figure most of them are pretty much standard, and if they aren't I
will remove the program. There are few programs which would dare add
something like that which I use longer then absolutely necessary. I
have installed Kazaa, Morpheous, and Limewire in the past, and all
have been removed within a day or two after refreshing my MP3
collection. Oddly some of the songs I have on MP3 seem to get
shortened, though I have verified they are not virally infected, so I
don't know why it seems every month or so songs get shortened by
about 10%.

People are whining, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE READ THE USER AGREEMENT
