I've got three free cruises, one to St. Thomas, two to the Bahamas, one
free trip to Las Vegas and one free trip to Hawaii form the small
company I work for. We sell and support medical billing offices. There
are 8 or us and we support about 3000 office across twelve states. One
of the owners just wrote a new direct claims filing module that we are
starting to sell and promote nationwide. I'm the only hardware/OS geek
here, so it get pretty bad at times. The pay is great, nobody hassles
me about what I do or when I do it, as long as the customers stay happy.
The hours kind of suck, my weeks run 55-70 on the average. I also
spend a lot of time in the field. I drive an average of 45k miles a
year. In fact, I've turned in so much mileage deductions the past three
years, that the IRS is auditing me on my non reimbursed employee expenses.
