you might try making your own t-shirts at cafepress:

if i recall correctly i think they have sizes up to 4x or so (very comfy
to sleep in too), but they're hanes beefy t's so they fit sorta weird.

there's a dearth of nice larger shirts and such for food-friendly folks.
personally i'm very fond of big dog shirts, not the ones that have
graphical stuff on them but the plain t-shirts with the small embroidered
dog on the pocket. i think i have 5 or 6. they last for years and hold up
to repeated abuse.
