Sometimes I think I'm an anarchist, but then I get to thinking... I'd 
pay MOST of my money in taxes if these things were free and of high 
quality (PAID via taxes):

1. Health Care
2. Bus Money
3. Food
4. Education
5. Police force/Fire Dept.

and we could choose what proportion of a fixed amount of our taxes went 
to:

1. Defense (esp the Navy and their Windows powered missile cruisers)
2. Corporate Bailouts
3. Miscellaneous things I don't want to spend my tax dollar on.
4. Speeding tickets

and maybe we could choose to pay more taxes if we were guaranteed it 
would go to Retirement and Social Security... i.e. guaranteed a running 
balance in our names... (I know... that's what 401K's are for... except 
it wouldn't depend on the market)
