I refuse to use cell phone in my truck - except when I've taken the time
to plug in the hands free setup.  If for no other reason than the fact
that it makes it an order of magnitude more difficult to shift...

Seriously though - I don't think cellphones should be made illegal in
vehicles - but certainly I would like to see more folks use hands-free
setups.

Reminds me, I wanted to stop at Wally World and see if they have air
horns in stock yet...
