Uh, no.

Kosher salt is salt for koshering meat. After a permitted animal is
slaughtered, the blood is drained (among other things), and the carcass
is butchered. The meat is then salted to further draw out the blood.

Kosher means "prepared". It's got nothing to do with blessing or Rabbis.
The word kosher is commonly used as shorthand for "prepared in
accordance with Jewish dietary laws".
