All you need to do is ignite the fuel vapor in the tanks..*BOOM*, there
will be pieces scattered about but nothing big enough to take out
buildings that size.

Of course, a stinger will home in on one of the engines and not the fuel
tank...so you'd have to rely on the golden BB theory.
