nope. it was from a phone call from my brother, I've not had to make custom 
cap values that way in a long time.  the place he works is in a cheapskate 
phase right now, so instead of  buying a half dozen caps of the right 
value, he's supposed to "make some they already have work"  they are part 
of a voltage regulation device on a generator, and the larger the cap, the 
higher the output voltage....
