Same here... but we're running into clients who can't pay.  We're 
also seeing budget cuts and such.  We're a small company(~50 people) 
and even though we're *THAT* close to being profitable we're under 
hiring freeze (which they already violated so, all bets are off 
there)  and no raises till the new year.  We've also taken a paycut 
of 20% of our health care cost (that take 20% of our health care 
premium from our paychecks before we get them).  Even proffitable 
companies are vulnerable to this.
