Thank goodness our mail server is in our DMZ area.  If I think that a 
machine is spewing SirCam, the machine's access to the mail server gets 
blocked at the firewall.  This way it can't do it's dirty work.

I've also setup a web redirection, if the infected machine tries to goto 
the web interface on the mail server, the machine is redirected to a "it is 
believed that your machine is infected with a virus" webpage.
