I don't know.  It seems that there is large difference between tattling on
your parents, and calling the police when you see someone strange take a
neighbors crop duster.  Even if weren't newly terrified of crop dusters,
it seems like it would be common decency to report strange people taking a
neighbors crop duster, kinda like if you see people in black masks
crawling around the windows of a neighbors house (assuming that the
neighbor doesn't regulary do it as a recreational activity).
