At some point I will attempt installing Solaris 8 (Intel) on my P166MMX, 144 MB. I have a 3 GB QUANTUM FIREBALL ST3.2A, ATA DISK drive. Should I enable Direct Memory Access during the install? Will this improve performance in my case? Bill Amsterdam, NL
