FWIW you can freely download the iPlanet LDAP server. A simple perl
script could be used to extract the auth info from mySQL and format it
as LDIF and easily import it into the LDAP server. Using the CLI
utilities you can even re-format everyone's passwords into SHA or
crypt().

How well can Radius talk w/ LDAP servers?
