I saw the post about Benadryl lotion. I hope you didn't use any kind of lotion.
The best solution is a very hot shower (brief) followed by a long cool shower.
The fiberglass fibers get into your pores while you're hot and sweating. Then
the pores close when you leave the attic and trap the fibers. The hot shower
opens the poors and the cold shower closes them while there is water available
to wash everything away. Lotions just trap everything.

I have learned the hard way about fiberglass (way too many hours stringing
cable in commercial buildings).
