i figured out a good trick to not dying is to open up a portal the
minute you get in there and play ring around the rosie for about ten
minutes, give or take. in, whack 'em with a stick, out..in, whack em
with a stick, out... it seems to work well with most of the bosses, btw.
mephisto was absurdly easy, i cornered him, he was on one side of a
wall, i was on the other, so i kept casting something (dont recall what,
its been awhile) that drained his hp by a quarter each time. izual was a
piece of cake but hephasto beat the snot out of me so quickly that i
stopped playing d2 then and there.

i was a jewelry hound. go figure ;) i'd wind up carrying the motherload
in jewelry with me just because.

sadly, i never had to fight all of that. i just teleported in and out of
the room without throwing the last switch and let them kill themselves
off. you pop in, they see you and go "die!" and start casting, you pop
out. a few times and 3/4 of whats in there is gone.
