[geeks] date command for NT?

It would be so easy if OSes had a 'date' command. *sigh* I'm
just stuck with IRC and http://personals.yahoo.com or
http://personals.ufies.org *sulk*

On a more serious note, the only way I can think of to get epoch
time on a NT box... well, two ways. One would be through using
the cygnus toolset, the other would be through using one of the
win32 perl ports which relies on the epoch.
