[geeks] network mania

I'm lucky. I live in a 1 story house and the basement has a drop
ceiling, so I just run my cables to under the room I want, them go up
through th wall.

So far I've had no reason to get one of the rubber floor things. One
might prove useful in the family room though to get a cable from the
wall(where there is a network port to feed the
DVD/mp3/anytype-of-video-that-will-play-on-a-P166 machine) to the coffee
table. My parents have been requesting that I drop a port there for them
to use while watching TV. And people call me the work-a-holic geek.
