ok, i want to give in to the possability of doing a Network Appliance "inode
snapshot" system for NetBSD/Solaris and i'm wondering what the copyright issues
would be.  since i don't have access to any NetApp code, i'm only using the 
idea and nothing else.  is this valid? or is there still the possability of
copyright infringment if, say, they have the idea copyrighted?
