Never used any Quadra earlier than a 650 ( actually, no other Quadra except the 650 ).
I was thinking of the LCII/III. I used one of these before. Pretty snappy machine IMHO.
I was learning to program in C/C++ on this thing. Basically seeing how I could mess up the system with ResEdit.
Lot's O' fun. Would love to get something like that again.
I just picked up a IIsi w/ 9MB ram and an 80MB HD ( IT WAS FREE ). I remember using these things for about 2 years in our high school lab. System 7.5.5 was awsome after playing with System 6 on an Apple IIGS ( Maybe that was the model # ) -- Non Macintosh. I love the space scene on the original System 6 box.
Made it look so high tech.
:-)
Anyone here ever play Spectre/Spectre Supreme/SpectreVR? That was a great game and very addictive.

I actually just trashed an old Gateway 286/386 POS ( it had a 286 bios and a 386 CPU. Could take either apperantly ).
