I use a Remington Precision MB 40 beard trimmer for the heavy work, and
a Gillette Sensor Excel for the fine trim.  There is no such thing as a
razor that doesn't bother the skin under my chin.  Nothing ever does a
good job.  I'm stuck with the unshavable face. :/
