[geeks] needed: Toshiba XM-1502BN slimline cdrom

I"m looking for a Toshiba XM-1502B slimline cdrom (as in a 
Toshiba Satelite 440CDT laptop).  Got a working laptop, but
the cdrom drive just blinks twice at me when I press the eject
button.

Trying to ressurect an old laptop that I had lying around with
no power supply...

(hack #1: no 15VDC power supply, and the 12V 300mA universal adapter
 from RatShack didnt power it up because it wanted 3A - so I cut the
 cord from the universal adapter and wired it directly to the 13.8VDC
 30A power supply that powers the rest of my ham radio equipment.. bingo!)
