I have no decent computer stores in my part of the east coast.  

If I want something more sophiticated than a Maxtor IDE drive, I have to
order it or wait for a computer show.  If I want something really
sophisticated (like decent scsi drives, or a scsi scanner), I have to
order it, since computer shows cater to the power gamers and gadget people
more than anything else.
